We are officially B Girls :] Training by Mr Ong is surely TOUGH!, but it's fun ! Ran outside school for 2 rounds . Then did sprinting and launches. ( did i spell it wrongly? ) After that jump cones then went to court. Did the ball warm up . Then receive to each other for 100times. Cannot drop, drop minus 10 :X Then service, the seniors suppose to teach us . Then Phyllis, Shi Min and Me ( Venezia ) under Sharon . Then we service, argh ! My service deprove like hell ! Joanna service still maintain and her service is much stronger than last time! Waah, jeloused :X Congrats :D! Receive balls to Mr Ong . Then in the end jump along the line. Crunches and push ups. Then finally homed. Training end at 7.00+ i think :X Wahs, what a tiring day!
